Getting sales compensation right

More than 90% of companies change their sales compensation plans annually. MAPI is holding a one-day Sales Compensation Forum on August 6 in Chicago to support members who are considering making changes to their compensation plans for 2014. Our agenda will focus on assessing the effectiveness of existing plans, balancing incentive plans with existing pay programs, best practices for plan design and effectively communicating plan changes.
