Viacom, USA said to be working upfront deals

Viacom and USA Network are said to be making progress with their upfront negotiations. Viacom reportedly has wrapped as much as 60% of its business, while USA is said to be seeking up to 25% higher rates for its debut of "Modern Family," compared with the prior show in the time slot, "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit."
