Ala. city council will again consider digital-sign plan

The Mobile, Ala., City Council will take up a previously stalled proposal that would regulate digital signs. The plan, endorsed by the Public Services Committee, would lift a temporary moratorium on digital signs, ban them within 300 feet of a residence and allow them on two-lane roads.
