Target works out the kinks in Canada

Canadian shoppers have flocked to Target's new stores north of the border, but the Minnesota-based chain's newest stores have also seen some empty shelves after higher-than-expected demand. "That has been the biggest challenge so far. There has been no accurate history to plan for our sales," said John Morioka, Target Canada's senior vice president of merchandising.
