For Publicis CEO, being "the best" trumps being biggest

Despite a recent acquisitions-spree that included a large Chinese marketing agency and Belgium's biggest independent shop, Publicis CEO Maurice Levy says size doesn't matter so much as the quality of the work. "I have always looked at size as a ticket of entry," he said. "We need global reach. We need to be in the top tier to be in the game. But the biggest? No. Just the best."
