Congressional leaders bump heads on small-business aid

The House and Senate leaders of Congress' Small Business Committees can't see eye-to-eye when it comes to government intervention in the case of small businesses. Rep. Sam Graves, R-Mo., strongly believes government should stay out of small-business affairs while Sen. Mary Landrieu, D-La., argues that government aid can improve the future of small businesses.
