How networking can ease the transition to entrepreneur

For business owner Pooja Gugnani, making the transition from employee to entrepreneur brought plenty of challenges, including long hours, the need to multitask differently and the demands of performing many roles. Gugnani writes that she was able to persevere thanks in large part to the support provided by women's networking events. "If you're a sole business owner, networking is a really great way to substitute the camaraderie that working for a larger organization can provide and which you're likely to miss," she writes.
