Levin: China must face "real costs" over hacking

Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Carl Levin, D-Mich., says the U.S. must "impose real costs" on China for its cybertheft of U.S. secrets and he wants new Chinese President Xi Jinping to get that message. Levin is calling on President Barack Obama to warn Jinping against further Chinese cyberattacks on the U.S., and he has introduced a bipartisan bill that halts some Chinese imports if they were made with stolen technology.
