Men lobby for more work-life balance

Women aren't the only ones who are serious about finding work-life balance -- men say they also want more flexibility to be with their families. For example, Deloitte male employees formed "Deloitte Dads" to help new dads with time management and work-life balance. "Why do we continue to focus on this as a women's issue, when the evidence makes it so clear that it's shared by men?" asks Kathleen Gerson, a sociologist at New York University.
