IPad-based tool tailors meals to customers' health needs

SmartMenu has debuted a fast-casual self-service ordering tool that can customize meals based on guests' health restrictions, including allergies and conditions such as diabetes, as well as personal taste preferences. Tin Drum Asia Cafe and Fresh2Order have begun using the iPad-based tools in their Atlanta-area eateries.
