Shows by Tyler Perry deliver big audiences for OWN

Tyler Perry's comedy series "Love Thy Neighbor" nearly set an audience record for OWN during its Wednesday night debut. The series garnered an average audience of 1.65 million for its first episode at 9 p.m. and 1.8 million for the second one at 9:30 p.m. "Neighbor" was edged by the Tuesday night series debut of the Perry-created drama series "The Haves and the Have Nots," which attracted 1.77 million viewers on average for its first episode and 1.82 million for its second.
