AT&T first to sell Android-based Pantech smartphone

Pantech, a provider of feature and messaging phones, will bring its first smartphone to the U.S. on June 5, the $70 Android-based Crossover, through AT&T, the carrier disclosed on Tuesday. The Crossover features a 3.1-inch touch screen and slide-out QWERTY keyboard with a more modest resolution and processor than other Android phones.
