Gillette ordered to trim razor claims

U.S. District Court Judge Janet C. Hall has ordered The Gillette Company to stop advertising its M3Power razor as being capable of raising hairs from the skin in order that they may be cut closer to the root. The order came in response to arguments by rival Energizer Holdings, which markets the Schick brand razor.
