IAB: 12% of users reject cookies

Research by the Interactive Advertising Bureau shows that as many as 12% of Web users reject third-party cookies. MediaPost is reporting that IAB last week was contemplating a campaign to educate Web users to encourage them to accept cookies, but says IAB for now has decided to wait and see what additional data reveals about the longer-term trends associated with cookie deletions.
