Turkey takes a turn on the grill

Grilling is no longer reserved for just hamburgers and hot dogs. Turkey seasoned with salt, pepper, onion and garlic salt and cooked slowly on the grill is a new showstopper. The meat is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the finished bird is a far cry from the Thanksgiving turkey.
