Detroit-area county is part of CDC health, nutrition survey

This summer, the CDC is studying about 400 residents of Wayne County, Mich., one of 15 counties chosen nationwide, for its National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Residents will wear activity monitors and be asked questions about disease, diet, vitamin intake and exposure to environmental contaminants as part of the project.
