Industry experts say the vacancy rate has multiple causes -- the effect of the deep advertising recession on staffing and the lack of seasoned executives with both digital and traditional experience. "Creativity is now far broader and far more complicated than it used to be," McCann Worldgroup CEO Nick Brien said.
