N.J. regulators approve Revel's plan for restructuring

New Jersey casino regulators approved a plan for Revel to emerge from bankruptcy under the management of Chatham Asset Management, which owns a 22% share of the casino. "Chatham is now in a position to help management to develop the steps it will take and chart the future course for Revel," said Matthew Levinson, chairman of the Casino Control Commission.
