Tyson branches into Mexican food by buying Circle

Tyson Foods has purchased Circle Foods, a maker of refrigerated and frozen Mexican food, for an undisclosed sum. The purchase gives Tyson a 159,000-square-foot facility, built in 2008 in San Diego, that employs 600.
