Gillette not changing razor ads despite injunction

The Gillette Co. says it will continue to claim its M3 Power razor "stimulates hair up and away from skin," even though a U.S. District Court ordered the company to cease airing an animated commercial demonstrating the razor angling hair away from the skin. The court order resulted from a lawsuit filed by rival Energizer Holdings, which markets the Schick brand razor.
