Social video network Keek, now with 45 million registered members, is growing faster than Twitter's 6-second format Vine, possibly because Vine publicity raised the profile of the category, Darrell Etherington writes. The growth has also resulted, he notes, from the fact Keek is on four platforms and is gearing up for a Windows phone option. "Our growth has accelerated during the same period that Vine's been active. We believe the next couple of years is when social video will rule, and we're definitely leading the space," CEO Isaac Raichyk says.
