Publicis exec predicts rising digital costs

Rishad Tobaccowala, chief innovation officer at Publicis Groupe Media, expects that eventually, because of audience fragmentation, online media buys will cost more than network TV buys. Tobaccowala made his comments yesterday at the OMMA West Conference and Expo in San Francisco.
