Redevelopment expected to follow Seattle's light-rail line

When completed in 2016, a 3.15-mile light-rail line for Seattle's Capitol Hill will cost Puget Sound Transit $1.9 billion, but city leaders expect the project to spark investment and economic growth. Christopher Persons, executive director of the community development corporation Capitol Hill Housing, says redevelopment of property near the train station will be "the biggest thing happening up here in years and years and years."
