Tablet computers are expected to make back-to-school shopping lists

Tablet computers are becoming more common in the classroom, a trend expected to affect back-to-school sales, according to this analysis. One Tennessee school already has added iPads to students' school-supply lists. "The iPad is just one tool we will use to enhance the learning experience for our students, but we are convinced that it could potentially transform our classrooms," the school's headmaster, Scott Wilson, said.
