Analysis: U.S.-China summit could benefit both countries

The U.S. and China have a real opportunity to recast their relationship to be more constructive and mutually beneficial if Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Barack Obama are willing to deal with some immediate points of conflict at their upcoming summit, according to The Economist. "Mr. Xi needs to send a signal that cybertheft will not be tolerated," the magazine notes. "Mr. Obama needs to push to lift some [U.S. export] restrictions."
