Minority council urges FCC to seek comments on diversity report

The Minority Media and Telecommunications Council is asking that the diversity report it submitted to the Federal Communications Commission last week be put out for public comment. The MMTC is also calling on the FCC's Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau to take action soon on the Katrina petition urging multilingual emergency alerts.
