University of Va. team wins UCP prize for solar wheelchair

University of Virginia students who built a solar-powered wheelchair won the $20,000 first prize in United Cerebral Palsy's Change My Life in One Minute competition that recognizes World Cerebral Palsy Day. The team will use the prize money to perfect the invention.
