Lawyers make big bucks at small law firm

Chamberlain Hrdlicka, a small Houston-based law firm, is attracting refugees from major firms with a flexible fees policy and an eat-what-you-kill pay plan that allows lawyers to make supersized profits. Two partners from Miller & Chevalier recently joined the firm, opening an office in the Philadelphia suburbs.
