Are your clients ready to "play or pay"?

Now is the time for employers to figure out how the "play or pay" shared-responsibility health care rules will affect them. Under the rules, which take effect next year, "applicable large employers" must offer full-time employees (and their dependents) health insurance that provides "minimum essential coverage" with "minimum value" at an affordable cost. This article looks at the rules and decisions employers need to be making now.
