Demand for gasoline stays strong, despite prices

Despite high prices at the pump, U.S. gasoline demand continued to rise with the four-week average up 2.9% from a year ago last week, according to the U.S. Department of Energy. The gain is the strongest year-over-year increase in four months and experts say it could lead to even higher gasoline prices.
