Turner leads upfront bazaar

Turner Entertainment's TBS and TNT have written between 40% and 50% of their upfront business and are fetching CPM increases over last year of 9% to 10%, according to this article. Elsewhere, NBC Universal's cable networks have started wrapping up some upfront deals, as has MTV Networks.
