Study links healthy sperm to healthy diet

A Spanish study showed men with normal semen consumed more carbohydrates, fiber, folate, vitamin C and lycopene and ate less fat and protein compared with men with poor semen quality. The team's earlier research showed men who ate more dairy and meat, and less lettuce, tomatoes and fruit, were more likely to have poor semen quality.
