May revenues dip at New Jersey casinos

Casinos in Atlantic City, N.J., reported a 15.4% decline in May revenue compared with year-earlier levels. A spokesman for the New Jersey Casino Control Commission said new casinos in New York and Pennsylvania have created competition for casinos in Atlantic City. Meanwhile, casino revenue in Missouri declined 1.1%.
