A sharp uptick in H1N1 flu cases in Australia might indicate the swine flu has graduated to a full-blown pandemic -- meaning it has firm footing on another continent beyond North America, where the virus outbreak originated. Australia has seen a four-fold increase in flu outbreaks in one week.
