Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg reaches out to young women

Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg, author of the book "Lean In," is now directing her message of empowerment to young women and girls. "I see too many people holding themselves back because they feel intimidated," Sandberg said. "I see too many people sitting not at the table, but on the side of the room." Sandberg's message comes at a critical time, because women make up more than half of the U.S. population but are underrepresented at the highest levels of business leadership, according to research from Catalyst.
