New Zealand teachers file lawsuit over lack of pay

New Zealand's Post Primary Teachers Association has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of educators who were unpaid or underpaid under the Novopay payroll system. The lawsuit, filed against Acting Secretary for Education Peter Hughes, claims the government failed in its duty to pay teachers.
