Suburban Chicago prepares a summer food program

Northwest Community Hospital and a suburban Chicago school district are coming together this summer to provide a two-week free lunch program for children at a low-income apartment complex. The hospital will supply fresh fruits and vegetables, and plans call for a free breakfast program in July and August for more than 100 low-income students enrolled in a summer camp.
