Cho named to top European medical post; Clark moves to Walter Reed

The Pentagon has named Col. John M. Cho to the Army's top medical post in Europe. Cho, a cardiothoracic surgeon, is set to become the top officer for Europe Regional Medical Command and command surgeon for U.S. Army Europe and Seventh Army on July 30. He will take over from Col. Jeffrey B. Clark, a family medicine doctor who will take command of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md.
