Va. health care systems encourage advance directives

Health care systems in Virginia are urging people to complete advance directives and a POST, or Physician Orders for Scope of Treatment, which is a pilot program and not available everywhere. Under a state law, psychiatric advance directives allow the addition of mental health care planning.
