ISA's David Hickey on digital signage in Chicago

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel has signed a law overturning an 11-month-old moratorium on new digital signage in the city. The ISA worked with city businesses and officials to create new digital sign codes that balance the needs of businesses and residents, and may create a model for cities of similar sizes to emulate, said ISA Vice President David Hickey.
