Ohio mom's video helps explain eosinophilic esophagitis

An Ohio mom whose 10-year-old son has eosinophilic esophagitis, which can be triggered by eating certain foods, created a four-minute video about the autoimmune disease and its effects. She says parents and teachers often ask what foods her son, Ryan, can eat and the video answers some of those questions.
