White House Rural Council to focus on access to care

An executive order signed Thursday created the White House Rural Council, and one of its tasks will be to improve access to health care through the expansion of health technology. The council, which will coordinate with several government institutions including HHS, will be spearheaded by Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack.
