BIM, precast streamline construction of $65M office tower in Pa.

The use of building information technology and precast concrete for a $65 million office building outside Philadelphia allowed the building group, led by L2 Partridge Architects and IMC Construction, to finish the project in just one year. Despite a tight schedule and strict demands from two clients, quality construction and design were top priorities. "We were able to aid L2 Partridge by communicating the design intent to Trammell Crow and Endo and aid in balancing the needs of both parties," said Ted Jeffries, IMC Construction project director.
