Businesses adjust health benefits to adapt to ACA

According to a report from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, many employers are making changes to their health benefit plan offerings to adapt to changes brought by the Affordable Care Act. The report shows that about 25% of employers that are modifying plans are considering high-deductible plans and health savings accounts, and 19% have expanded or developed their wellness program offerings.
