Carmaker utilizes 3D printing for faster prototyping turnaround

General Motors is taking advantage of three-dimensional printing for faster prototyping of consoles, dashboards and other interior auto panels. This is good news for companies that produce chemicals such as nylon and acrylonitrile for the auto industry, Mark Yost writes.
