Foundation wants more people to know about trigeminal neuralgia

The Facial Pain Research Foundation wants to raise awareness of trigeminal neuralgia. Foundation founding trustee Michael Pasternak has the nerve condition. Although the condition is rare, the pain can be severe and debilitating. Patients often are misdiagnosed and treatments are decades old, he said.
