Survey: Free nights drive loyalty-program sign-ups

In a new survey by Kelton Global on behalf of Club Carlson, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group's global hotel rewards program, 62% of people say their biggest motivator for joining a loyalty program is how easy it is to earn free nights. Free Wi-Fi was another plus that attracted travelers to join a program, according to the survey.
