Supreme Court: Pom can sue Coca-Cola over labels

The Supreme Court has ruled that Pom Wonderful can proceed with its lawsuit against Coca-Cola over the labeling of a "Pomegranate-Blueberry" juice, which Pom says is misleading because it only contains trace amounts of pomegranate and blueberry juice. The ruling, which pitted the Lanham Act against Food and Drug Administration regulations, could lead to more fights over label content, experts said.
