BoE's Haldane sees bond bubble as major stability threat

Andy Haldane, the Bank of England's executive director for financial stability, says the biggest threat to the financial system is that a bond bubble, formed by quantitative easing, will burst in a "disorderly" way. "We have intentionally blown the biggest government-bond bubble in history," he told the Treasury Select Committee.
