How to fix inconsistent safety standards

Warehouses within the same network shouldn't have different safety standards, writes Toby Gooley. Address this issue by figuring out why different standards exist, creating and publicizing companywide policies and making sure everyone follows the rules, Gooley writes. High turnover, infrequent training or a lack of corporate oversight can each contribute to inconsistent safety conditions, he notes.
